Meet the Owners of Pro-Tech Shari & Pete

We are Shari & Pete the owners of PRO-TECH AUTO GLASS, CORPORATON. We started PRO-TECH AUTO GLASS in 1993 with our top priority being customer service. We have always operated our business with a very familiar and simple philosophy, "treat your customers and employee's the way we would want to be treated". 

Now, I know your probably thinking, I've heard that a million times, but I have rarely seen a company make good on it. We promise you that when it comes to your auto glass replacement and repair needs we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

When we started our company we knew that the emphasis had to be on the technicians. They had to be professionally trained, responsible and well equipped. That's why we named our company PRO-TECH, short for Professional Technicians. Hopefully you have read our safety page and you understand that auto glass and its adhesive system are critical safety components and substantially add to the structural integrity of your vehicle. "THE PRO-TECH-TORS" definitely understand this. Their mission is to:

Proper auto glass installation has always been a major concern for us, so when we heard about a small group of industry professionals who were attempting to write the industries first replacement safety standard, we wanted to be part of it. For several years Shari and other industry professionals spent their own money and time traveling to meetings throughout the country to write the AGRSS safety standard. We are proud to say that the standard was American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited in 2002. It is North Americas first and only auto glass replacement safety standard.

Along with safety we feel auto glass replacement and repair should be convenient, so in 2007 we opened our West Allis service center. Most glass replacements and repairs can be handled same day. We also offer mobile service (we come to you) for replacements and stone chip repairs throughout the Milwaukee, Waukesha and surrounding counties.
