Dear Mr. Lester - I'm writing to inform you of our extremely positive experience we had with one of your employees' - Jason Hall.

On the morning of Monday, January 12th, my wife Lynn and our 4 year old son were traveling from our home in the Chicago area to Children's Hospital of Milwaukee for a doctor's appointment. Along the way, the passenger-side cargo door window of her Honda mini-van shattered. My wife isn't quite sure what happened - it was either ice from a truck or perhaps a juvenile with a bee-bee gun, which was reported in the area. Regardless of how it shattered, it left my wife and son in a tough situation over two-hours from home on a cold morning.

After my wife called me in the office, I immediately contacted Allstate Insurance who contacted Jason Hall from your company after the first window repair company said they could not help us given our time constraints. That was certainly not the case with Jason. When told of our situation, Jason said he could help us. After I told him that it would be very difficult for my wife to bring the van to him, due to the fact that my son was in a wheelchair and had several appointments during their stay, he told me that he would have two employees pick up the van at the hospital, repair the damage and then drive it back when completed.

Jason was a complete gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. While he could have easily chosen the easier path which was to tell us he couldn't adapt to our situation, he chose to "go the extra mile."

I commend you for having employees like Jason Hall and his staff.
